What is E-Parcel+?

It is a  special cross-border logistics service customized for cross-border E-commerce sellers, aiming to provide high-quality and efficiency logistics services for high-value goods. The service provides a special delivery service with convenient customs clearance, stable timelines and traceable routines. 

What is the service coverage of E-Parcel+?

This service covers 26 EU countries, the United States, Australia, Russia, and Ukraine.

What is the charging methods of E-Parcel+?
For E-Parcel+ shipments to Russia and Ukraine, shipments are charged based on a single waybill of shipment. The initial chargeable weight is 100g, and the additional chargeable weight is 100g. The actual chargeable weight shall be the higher one of the actual weight and volumetric weight.
For other destinations, shipments are charged based on a single waybill of shipment. The initial chargeable weight is 500g, and the additional chargeable weight is 500g.
The actual chargeable weight shall be the higher one of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (In the promotion period, the volumetric weight is not calculated for shipments under 2kg (inclusive)).
What are the restrictions for cargo weight and dimension?
EU 26 countries: Maximum weight of a parcel ≤ 30 kg; Length + 2 x (Width + Height) ≤ 300 cm; any unilateral length shall be no more than 175 cm.
Australia: Maximum weight of a parcel ≤ 27 kg; Length + Width + Height ≤ 140 cm; Any unilateral length shall be no more than 105 cm.
Russia: Longest side + 2 x (Width + Height) ≤ 300 cm; the length of the longest side shall be no more than 175 cm.
Ukraine: The length of the longest side shall be no more than 120 cm; the sum of the width and height shall be no more than 80 cm.
How can I place an order using the E-Parcel+?
  1. Customers can place orders in their own systems that are integrated with SF's API system and print waybills (labels) at the client based on the requirements.
  2. Customers can log into the SF International E-commerce website, place orders, and print waybills (labels) based on the requirements.
  3. Customers can use third-party shipping systems (Shop Elf, Mabang ERP, Global Transaction Assistant, and Sellertool) to place orders by themselves and print waybills (labels) based on the requirements.
  4. Customers can place orders by calling SF customer service hotline (9533883) and print the small e-waybills of E-Parcel and CN22 waybills.
How can I hand over shipments when using the E-Parcel+?
After your cargos is packed, customers can hand over the cargos to SF in the following ways:
  1. Pickup service by BAs: Customers can call 9533883 to inform SF of the shipping demand. SF will arrange BAs to pick up the cargos.
  2. Pickup by car: If the volume of shipments is large, SF will arrange drivers to pick up the cargos.
What is the transit time of E-Parcel+?

Australia: 3 - 10 working days

Ukraine: 7 - 10 working days

Russia: 10 - 15 working days

EU countries: 5 - 9 working days

The standard transit time is for reference only.

Why must the shipper of E-Parcel+ be a company?

Because E-Parcel+ adopts the B2C customs clearance mode, shippers must be customers at the business end, so must be a company. 

Why must I provide the commodity sales links and receiver's passport information for E-Parcel+ (Russia Direction)?

The commodity sales links are requested by customs for verifying that the commodities are for personal use and the declared information is consistent with the commodity information. The passport information is required based on the Russian federal laws and regulations of the Customs Union.

What are declaration requirements for E-Parcel+?

Shipment name and value shall be declared as it stands. For the shipment name, vague names such as Other, Gift or Accessories are not acceptable. Unclear declaration of shipment names may cause unsuccessful customs clearance at destinations and hence result in shipment return and unsuccessful queries and claims later on.

Can batteries be shipped using the E-Parcel+?

Only the embedded lithium batteries can be shipped. The portable batteries or pure battery shipments are not accepted. In addition, customers need to provide the MSDS proof, UN38.3 test report, and shipper's declaration (battery’s letter of guarantee).

What are the differences between E-Parcel+ and E-Parcel?
  1. Flow direction: The E-Parcel supports more than 200 countries, and the E-Parcel + supports only the EU countries, Australia, Russia, and Ukraine temporarily.
  2. Transit time: The transit time of the E-Parcel + is shorter than that of the E-Parcel.
  3. Delivery mode: The E-Parcel + supports door-to-door delivery, while most of E-Parcel shipments are delivered to the destination post offices.
