Dear Customers,
To meet the requirements of and speed up customs clearance, SF has recently upgraded its waybill templates to some flow directions involving 10 Eastern and Northern European countries like Russia, and some Central and Western European countries.
Waybills are upgraded below:
1. For waybill templates of ordinary mails to some flow directions, a barcode UL*********EE is added (as shown in Figure 1 below). 20 countries are included, respectively Russia, Republic of Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Romania, Portugal, Hungary, Luxembourg, and Croatia.

2. For waybill templates of registered mails and ordinary mails to some flow directions, an EU * label is added (as shown in Figure 2 below). 7 countries are included, respectively Republic of Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Poland.

3. For waybill templates of registered mails and ordinary mails to some flow directions, a checkbox of cargo information is added (as shown in Figure 3 below). 20 countries are included, respectively Russia, Republic of Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Romania, Portugal, Hungary, Luxembourg, and Croatia.

4. For waybill template to Ukraine(ordinary mail), the sorting code is changed from original 51-UA-ZD to 21-EE-UA-P (ordinary mail).
5. For waybill templates of registered mails to 11 countries, the waybill number is changed. Besides change of waybill number for registered mails to 8 countries (Spain, France, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and Slovakia) since March 5, three more countries (the Netherlands, Japan and Switzerland) will be added to the list for change of waybill number starting from 10:00 a.m. March 12. Therefore, for registered mails to these 11 countries, the waybill number will be changed from original RUXXXXXXXXXXX to LXXXXXXXXXXXX (e.g. LX123456789NL).
Please be noted that the waybill upgrade will not affect your normal shipping.
