How to get the rates?
  1. You can visit the SF International official website or the SF Group’s official website to get the rates by entering the place of origin, destination, and shipment weight to get the rates.
  2. You can also call SF’s customer service hotline to get the rates.
How to ship a consignment?

You can call SF’s customer service hotline or use the self-service system (such as the IBS system) to make a shipping request.

How to fill in the waybill/invoice?

Waybills or invoices must be filled in English and signed by the customer for confirmation. Invoice must be provided for parcels.

Description of Contents

  • For documents, shippers do not need to provide invoices but need to fill in the quantity and place of origin in the "Document" column and "NIL" in the unit price, total value, and currency columns.
  • For parcels, shippers must fill in specific shipment information, including the manufacturing materials. If there are more than one type of shipments under the same waybill, list the specifics of all shipments clearly one by one. If there are more than 3 types of shipments, fill in "As per attached invoice" on the waybills.
  • The shipment quantity, unit price, total value, currency, and place of origin filled on waybills must be consistent with those on invoices.
  • The total quantity of consignments and the unit must be specified, for example, 2 pcs.
  • The declared value must be in USD or SGD (in a 3-character format, for example, USD or SGD).
  • The place of origin shall be filled with a 2-character country code or district code, for example, CN (Mainland of China) or MY (Malaysia).

The waybill No. is used to track a shipment. You can track the shipment on SF’s official website or by calling SF's customer service hotline.

Payment of Freight Charges

The payment mode of freight charges must be specified. If the shipment is paid by shipper, the shipper shall provide the monthly settlement account.

Shipper's Signature

The shipper's signature is required, indicating that the shipper confirms the completeness and accuracy of the filled information and agrees with the terms and detailed rules specified on the back of the waybill. The shipping date also needs to be filled.

If the declared value is in USD or MYR, circle the applicable currency. If the shipment has no commercial value, fill in "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE", "NOT FOR SALE", or "VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSE ONLY".

How to track my shipments?
  1. After a shipment is shipped, you can visit SF Group’s official website, fill in the waybill No. in Track & Trace, and click Search to check your shipment status.
  2. You can also call SF’s customer service hotline to check.
How to become a monthly settlement customer?

If you want to become a monthly settlement customer, please call SF’s customer service hotline, and SF will arrange the contract signing issue (service agreement and discount agreement).

How to claim for compensation?
  1. If your shipments are damaged or lost or have other problems, please call SF’s customer service hotline. SF will respond to your first call within 24 hours.
  2. After an agreement of the claim amount is reached, the compensation will be made no longer than 7 working days.
  3. The claim amount of documents and parcels depends on the shipment value. The upper limit of the claim amount is USD 100 per waybill or USD 20 per kilogram.
