How to get the rates?
  1. You can visit the SF International official website or SF Group’s website to get the rates by entering the origin, destination, and shipment weight to get the rates.
  2. You can also call SF customer service hotline 95338 to get the rates.
How to ship with us?
  1. You can call SF customer service hotline (95338) or use the self-service system (IBS system) to place an order.
  2. Follow the official WeChat account of SF Express or SF International to arrange a door-to-door pickup.
How to fill in the waybill/invoice?

Waybills or invoices must be filled in English and signed by the customer for confirmation. Invoice must be provided for parcels.

Shipper's Information

Company Name: If the shipper is a company, fill in the full name of the company instead of an abbreviated or fictitious version or an individual name.

Receiver' Information

Receiver's Tax ID: Fill in the receiver's Tax ID for shipments to Taiwan with a declared value higher than USD 90, so as to improve the customs clearance efficiency. If the receiver is a company, fill in the company's business license number (8 digits); if the receiver is an individual, fill in the ID card number (10 digits, one character followed by 9 digits).

Receiver's Name: Fill in the full name of the receiver instead of a short or abbreviated version. Do not use Mr. XX or Miss/Ms. XX.

How to track my shipments?

After a shipment is sent out, you can visit SF International official website, fill in the waybill No. in Track & Trace, and click Search to check your shipment status.

You can also call SF customer service hotline 95338 to check.

How to become a credit account customer?

If you want to become a credit account customer, please call SF International customer service hotline (95338), and SF will arrange the contract signing issue (service agreement and discount agreement).

How to claim for compensation?
  1. If your shipments are damaged/lost/have other problems, please call SF customer service hotline. SF will give you a quick response within 24 hours.
  2. After an agreement of the claim amount is reached, the compensation will be paid within 7 working days.
  3. The claim amount of documents and parcels depends on the shipment value. The maximum claim amount is USD 100 per waybill or USD 20 per kilogram.
