*    The standard transit time refers to working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
*    Personal, B2C and C2C shipments may require extra working days.
*     For shipments weighed over 100kg, which may require 2-3 extra working days, due to formal customs declaration and additional transportation capacity is required.
*    Pickup from areas other than Seoul in South Korea may require 1 more working days.
*    Pickup from areas other than Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and Subang Jaya in Malaysia may require 1+ extra working day.
*    Pickup from areas other than Tokyo and Osaka in Japan may require 1 or 2 extra working days.

Service Standard
  1. Volume restriction (per piece): Length + Height + Width ≤ 300cm and the longest length of a side ≤ 150cm.
  2. Weight restriction (per piece): ≤ 80kg.
  3. Declared Value restriction (per HAWB): No limitation for company shipments, and no more than RMB1,000 for personal shipments.
  4. Payment terms: Paid by shipper (cash/monthly settlement), paid by consignee (cash/monthly settlement), and third-party credit account (paid by shipper/paid by consignee). Russia only supports being paid by shipper (monthly settlement)

Charging Methods
  1. The chargeable weight is determined by the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight (L x W x H (cm)/6,000), whichever is greater.
  2. Shipments up to 20kg are calculated in 0.5kg, weight in decimal kg will be rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg.
  3. Shipments over 20kg are calculated in 1kg, weight in decimal kg will be rounded up to the nearest kg.
  4. Full waiver of Fuel Surcharges is granted on all shipments. SF reserves the right to impose the Fuel Surcharge without prior notice.
  5. All international shipment rates exclude any government taxes.
