S.F. Economy Express (China Export) is an international shipping option designed for customers with non-urgent and relatively heavy shipment from Mainland China. With a service coverage to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, United States, Russia, Brazil, 28 European countries and etc., the service features with stable transit time, safety guarantee and formal customs declaration service for Category D goods. Regular international express service does not include face-to-face signing. The express will be delivered to the receiver's address according to local delivery habits

Due to the recent changes of international airlines, the transit time of international service products may be delayed. Please refer to the service announcement on the official website of SF International.

·The above transit time refers to working days and only for reference. The transit time excludes weekends and public holidays.

· For shipments delivered to areas outside Moscow and St. Petersburg, the transmit time will be 2-3 working days longer.

· The specific delivery transit time is subject to the destination zip code, if it involves remote areas or suburbs, the transit time needs to be added by 1-3 working days.

· For shipments that involve formal customs declaration, which may require 1 extra working day due to operations of customs affairs.

· For shipments weighed over 100kg or declared value over 5,000RMB, which may require 2-3 extra working days, due to formal customs declaration and additional transportation capacity is required.

· The standard transit time excludes the uncontrollable factors like customs detention or inspection of shipments, etc.

· If any package exceeds the size and weight limit in the "service standard", the CN-CA delivery time will be increased about 4-7 working days.

We do not accept or accept with conditions the following articles for carriage:

1. Arms, simulation weapons, ammunition, controlled knives, and explosive articles.

2. Inflammable articles, explosive articles.

3. Oxidizing agents and peroxides.

4. Narcotic drugs and drug taking tools, stupefacient and psychoactive drugs that are in improper use and precursor chemicals and toxic substances that are in improper use.

5. Biochemical, epidemic and infectious materials.

6. Radioactive substances and radioactive substances.

7. Illegal counterfeit products such as counterfeit or altered currency, marketable securities, certificates, and official seals.

8. Currency and negotiable securities.

9. Articles that infringe intellectual property rights, and counterfeit and shoddy products.

10. Animals and plants, especially those endangered wild animals and plants as well as their products.

11. Food, drugs or other articles that are hazardous to human and animal health and may spread disease from infected area

12. Cigarettes and tobacco, tobacco products, and liquor.

13. Valuables (such as artworks, antiques, gems, and precious metals including gold).

14. Other articles prohibited from mailing under other laws and regulations.

In addition to the above prohibited or restricted articles, SF has the rights of rejecting mailing and or temporarily stopping mailing the following articles:

1. Packages without detailed contact information about the shipper and receiver.

2. Articles which are inappropriate for mailing, with improper mailing mode, improperly described, classified, packaged, or labeled, and without necessary certificates as deemed by SF.

3. Articles which may endanger the safety of transportation vehicles or personal safety due to their own or package features as judged by SF.

4. Articles which are not suitable for mailing from the perspective of economics or operations as judged by SF.

2） United States, Canada, Russia, Brazil, UAE, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines, 26 European countries, Nepal, Cambodia, 9 African countries：Paid by shipper (cash/ monthly settlement); third party monthly settlement (paid by shipper).

Remarks: If paid by consignee or third party, shippers shall make all unpaid expense (freight cost and other expenses) that shall be paid by receivers or third party to SF.
