DHgate Merchants can now easily ship online with S.F. International at DHgate.com (www.dhgate.com), including label printing, shipments and cost management and more.
Currently, S.F. International Online Shipping on DHgate.com is featured for S.F. E-Parcel shipments less than 2kg from Mainland China to the United States. After finishing the online operation, merchants only need to contact S.F. International Customer Service at 9533883-2 for reserving free pickup service, instead of visiting a designated address in person for sending shipments.
S.F. E-Parcel (EP) is a high-quality small parcel service to fulfill demands of cross-border B2C e-commerce sellers in shipping parcels less than 2 kg, providing efficient pickup service within S.F. Pickup Address
If there is a pickup address in your account and the address is within our pickup area, it will show automatically; if the pickup address is not within our pickup area, you will need to provide and enter another one. You may also choose “Other Address” or “Add New Address” in the upper right corner to enter the pickup address.
If there is no pickup address in your account, please enter your pickup address at the address page.
Freight Settlement
By using S.F. Online shipping, you could use your account balance to pay for your freight costs. Please note USD 20 for each AWB would be suspended and the actual freight cost will be deducted from your balance after the shipment is collected and check into the warehouse.
Your shipping order will be preceded, if you agree and tick at “Agree to S.F. Pickup Service Agreement”.
l Commodity Information
The system will estimate a freight charge based on the commodity information you provided. After your shipment is collected and sent to the warehouse by our staff, the freight charge will be deducted from your account balance based on the actual weight of the shipment.

After your order is submitted successfully, please contact SF International at 9533883-2 for your pickup service arrangement.
l Print Label
1) Single-label printing
You may print out the label one by one after you order is placed successfully.
2) Batched-label printing
You may find the button of batched printing via: My DHgate – Transaction – Online Logistics – S.F. International Online Shipping
Tick the orders you would like to print and choose “Print in Batch”.
Note: Batch printing can print information of up to 200 AWB at a time.

You may check information including payment status, payment methods, and freight costs etc.

8. Funds and costs
l Fund suspension
Fund Account will suspend freight cost when S.F. International Online Shipping is applied. If there is no sufficient balance in your account balance, please make sure recharge in time.
l Fund deduction
After your shipment is pickup and check- in our warehouse, the freight cost will be deducted from your account balance based on the actual weight of the shipment, and the suspended fund will be released.
